1. Getting Started

To begin using the Rudy AI Rep service, you'll need to install the provided code snippet on your website within seven (7) days. We’ll handle the setup and customization—you just add the snippet and give occasional feedback so we can optimize results.

2. Billing & Cancellation

Monthly billing will begin once your service is activated, unless otherwise specified by a valid promo offer. You can cancel anytime with at least 30 days’ written notice. All charges are final and non-refundable once billed.

Payment Failure & Service Suspension
By agreeing to automated recurring billing, you acknowledge that continued access to the Rudy AI Rep service depends on successful monthly payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a ten (10) business day grace period to resolve the issue. If the payment is not successfully processed within that time, we reserve the right to suspend or disable the Rudy AI bot until the account is brought back into good standing. Continued use of the service beyond this grace period without resolving the payment issue may be considered unauthorized use, and we may take appropriate steps to restrict or deactivate access.

3. Promo Codes

If you enter a promo code at sign-up, any associated pricing, free periods, or custom access terms will be honored based on that offer. These may vary depending on the campaign or agreement.

4. What You'll Get

Within 48 hours of signing up, you’ll receive:

• Your custom code snippet

• A test link (if needed)

• A shared Google Sheet to track leads in real time

5. Marketing Use

We may reference anonymized performance data or feature your company name or logo in our marketing, unless you let us know in writing that you prefer otherwise.

6. Your Data = Your Property

You always retain full ownership of all data and leads collected through the Rudy AI Rep service. Rudy AI Rep will never sell, rent, or share your data—ever.

7. Service Access

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to pause or terminate access only in rare cases of misuse, fraud, or non-payment. If you've paid for a full month, you'll retain access for that period unless serious abuse is involved.
